Production capacity: 25000t / A for structural parts, 20000 t / A for forgings, 100 t for maximum structural parts and 30 t for forgings. Have D1, D2 pressure vessel manufacturing qualification. Main products: manufacturing of metallurgical equipment structural parts and forgings, large metal structural parts and forgings in non metallurgical field, D1 and D2 pressure vessel products. Process equipment capacity: the steel plate can be pretreated. The maximum cutting thickness of the steel plate is 300 mm, the bending capacity is 1250 tons, and the maximum rolling thickness is 80 mm. The heat treatment of single piece of 75 tons, 5 m × 15 m large pieces and shot blasting, painting and drying of products can be carried out. The process realizes numerical control programming, with automatic welding, submerged arc welding, argon arc welding, cemented carbide surfacing equipment and technology. The company integrates free forging and membrane forging to realize the processing of forgings such as cakes, rings, shafts, cranks, sleeves, etc. the maximum forging equipment capacity is 2500 tons.
